Summer (Prime Season)
May - September
Peak fishing season. Large migratory tarpon move into deep water with big barracuda and occasional cobia. Excellent snook fishing. Best time for bonefish and permit on the flats.

Fall
September - November
Residual big tarpon season — some migratory fish stick around. Good snook fishing in late fall. Trade winds and hurricanes/storms can affect fishing. Fewer bonefish and permit.

Winter
December - February
Main focus is juvenile tarpon in the mangroves. Some snook and sea trout fishing. Fewer bonefish and permit. Cold fronts and winds can make fishing tough, but calm days offer awesome sight-fishing in clear water.

Spring
March - April
